Fat: 94.63g | Prot: 62.08g | Carb: 35.22g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Heavy Cream, Red Onions, Trader Joe's Crumbled Feta, Welsh Farms Half & Half. Dinner:  Butter, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Heavy Cream, LouAna Pure Peanut Oil, Scotch, Tilapia Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Blue Diamond Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Strawberries, strawberry vinaigrette, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened).
