Fat: 60.58g | Prot: 72.62g | Carb: 204.04g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Cottage Cheese, Cream Cheese, Egg, Feta Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Queso Fresco, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Bananas, Fruit and/or Nuts Muffin, Mangos, Peaches, Strawberries, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Plain Yogurt, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter M&M's.
