Fat: 60.58g | Prot: 72.62g | Carb: 204.04g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, Mozzarella Cheese, Feta Cheese, Cream Cheese, Queso Fresco, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Cottage Cheese, Egg. Lunch:  Bananas, Strawberries, Peaches, Mangos, Whole Wheat Bread, Fruit and/or Nuts Muffin. Dinner:  Plain Yogurt, White Rice, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter M&M's.
