Fat: 19.42g | Prot: 19.41g | Carb: 52.43g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Sugar, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts.
