Fat: 85.94g | Prot: 58.82g | Carb: 38.11g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Cheese, Egg, Heavy Cream, Red Onions, Welsh Farms Half & Half. Lunch:  Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Green Olives (Pickled, Canned or Bottled), Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Bell Peppers, Butter, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Heavy Cream, Red Onions. Snacks/Other:  Coffee Almonds, Strawberries, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened).
