Fat: 85.94g | Prot: 58.82g | Carb: 38.11g.   Breakfast:  Welsh Farms Half & Half, Heavy Cream, Egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Butter, Red Onions, Cream Cheese, Bacon. Lunch:  Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar, Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Green Olives (Pickled, Canned or Bottled). Dinner:  Red Onions, Heavy Cream, Butter, Bell Peppers, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Coffee Almonds, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened), Strawberries.
