Fat: 67.47g | Prot: 68.20g | Carb: 35.33g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Heavy Cream, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Trader Joe's Whipped Cream Cheese, Welsh Farms Half & Half. Lunch:  Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Green Olives (Pickled, Canned or Bottled), Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar, Trader Joe's Crumbled Feta. Dinner:  Butter, Heavy Cream, Kraft Provolone Cheese, Kroger Ground Sirloin, Red Onions, Red Table Wine, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened).
