Fat: 83.90g | Prot: 108.22g | Carb: 225.71g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Cod, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese. Dinner:  Super Chunk Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Corn Flakes, Rice & Adzuki Bean Snack Chips, Rice & Adzuki Bean Snack Chips.
