Fat: 90.07g | Prot: 90.80g | Carb: 167.36g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Frankfurter or Hot Dog. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), California Avocados, Feta Cheese, Egg. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Baked Beans, Italian Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Beer.
