Fat: 90.07g | Prot: 90.80g | Carb: 167.36g.   Breakfast:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  California Avocados, Egg, Feta Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Baked Beans, Chicken Thigh, Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Beer.
