Fat: 73.60g | Prot: 48.17g | Carb: 164.40g.   Breakfast:  Cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids). Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Mature Onions, Instant White Rice, Red or Cayenne Pepper. Dinner:  Cola Soft Drink with Higher Caffeine, Lay's Ketchup Chips. Snacks/Other:  Imperial Nuts Raisin & Nut Mix.
