Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Olivia's Organics Spring Mix Salad, Red Onions, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark.
