Fat: 32.40g | Prot: 52.59g | Carb: 154.22g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Cupcakes with Frosting (Low Fat), Special K Chocolatey Delight Cereal, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Better with Bacon Smoked Turkey, Cantaloupe (Muskmelon), Real Mayo, Soft Tortillas. Dinner:  Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Instant White Rice, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar.
