Fat: 33.69g | Prot: 82.94g | Carb: 101.57g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Gouda or Edam Cheese, Onions, Red Tomatoes. Lunch:  Whole Milk Fruit Variety Yogurt. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Edam Cheese, Onions, Red Tomatoes, White Beans (Mature Seeds). Snacks/Other:  Whole Milk.
