Fat: 33.69g | Prot: 82.94g | Carb: 101.57g.   Breakfast:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Gouda or Edam Cheese, Red Tomatoes, Onions, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Lunch:  Whole Milk Fruit Variety Yogurt. Dinner:  Onions, Red Tomatoes, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Edam Cheese, Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), White Beans (Mature Seeds). Snacks/Other:  Whole Milk.
