Fat: 75.68g | Prot: 82.26g | Carb: 169.95g.   Breakfast:  Hard Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Cereal, Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner:  Beer, Chicken Thigh, Olive Oil, Oyster Sauce, Stir-Fry Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream.
