Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Smart Ones Classic Favorites Creamy Rigatoni with Broccoli & Chicken. Dinner:  Apple Pie (Two Crust), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Goats Cheese (Soft), Multigrain Roll, Pinot Noir Wine, Red Lobster Grilled Chicken Breast, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter, Pinot Noir Wine.
