Lunch:  Subway Yogurt Parfait, Fresh Selections Chef Salad, Frito-Lay Baked Potato Chips. Dinner:  Lowfat Fruit Variety Yogurt, Kirkland Signature Organic Carrot Juice, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Sour Cream, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Apples, Bananas, Quaker Chewy Cocoa Bars - Chocolatey Caramel, Vita Coco 100% Pure Coconut Water, Juice Plus+ Complete - French Vanilla.
