Fat: 40.94g | Prot: 42.35g | Carb: 192.73g.   Breakfast:  White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Oil Roasted Peanuts (with Salt). Lunch:  White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Cooked Fava Beans. Dinner:  Cooked Fava Beans, Cooked Japanese Radish (Daikon) (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Papayas. Snacks/Other:  Deep Samosa, Tea with Milk and Sugar.
