Fat: 69.55g | Prot: 60.34g | Carb: 36.49g.   Breakfast:  Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Cheese, Egg, Lascco Nova Smoked Salmon, Welsh Farms Half & Half. Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Bell Peppers, Olive Oil, Red Onions, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Ralphs Heavy Whipping Cream, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
