Fat: 45.84g | Prot: 111.54g | Carb: 61.43g.   Breakfast:  Member's Mark Spinach and Asiago Cheese Chicken Sausage, Egg Beaters Egg Substitute. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light Caesar Dressing. Dinner:  Spicy Black Beans, Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Cooked White Corn. Snacks/Other:  Sargento Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks, Romano's Macaroni Grill Chicken Cannelloni (Lunch).
