Lunch:  Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Multi-Grain Bread, Oscar Mayer Thin Sliced Turkey Breast, Private Selection Buttery Lacey Swiss Cheese, Publix Spicy Brown Mustard, Panera Bread Mediterranean Salmon Salad (Half). Dinner:  Minute Steamers Whole Grain Brown Rice, Fresh Selections Stir Fry Vegetables, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, Crab Rangoon, Miller Brewing Company Genuine Draft 64. Snacks/Other:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Bananas, Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Fruit & Nut.
