Lunch:  Oscar Mayer Thin Sliced Turkey Breast, Panera Bread Mediterranean Salmon Salad (Half), Private Selection Buttery Lacey Swiss Cheese, Publix Spicy Brown Mustard, Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Multi-Grain Bread. Dinner:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Crab Rangoon, Fresh Selections Stir Fry Vegetables, Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, Miller Brewing Company Genuine Draft 64, Minute Steamers Whole Grain Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Chewy Trail Mix Bars - Fruit & Nut, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat).
