Fat: 51.96g | Prot: 115.91g | Carb: 224.35g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Whole Wheat Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned), Mayonnaise, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Italian Salad Dressing, Asparagus, Beer. Dinner:  Chinese Stir Fry, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Rice Noodles (Cooked), Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Pretzels, Butterscotch or Caramel Topping, Mozzarella Cheese, Milky Way.
