Fat: 51.96g | Prot: 115.91g | Carb: 224.35g.   Breakfast:  Mayonnaise, Peanut Butter, Tuna in Water (Canned), Whole Wheat Bread, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Asparagus, Beer, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chinese Stir Fry, Rice Noodles (Cooked), Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Butterscotch or Caramel Topping, Milky Way, Mozzarella Cheese, Pretzels.
