Fat: 72.48g | Prot: 60.85g | Carb: 47.85g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Celery, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Cheese, Egg, Heavy Cream, Lascco Nova Smoked Salmon, Welsh Farms Half & Half. Lunch:  Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Olive Oil, Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Butter, Pork Chop, Red Onions. Snacks/Other:  Celery, Cream Cheese, Organic Chai Latte.
