Dinner:  Chicken Breast, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Jalapeno Peppers, Red Kidney Beans, Flour Tortilla, Grated Cheddar Cheese, Mixed Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Nutty Krust Hi-Fibre Plain Bread, Blue Cheese, Chocolate Mousse, Alcoholic Ginger Beer, Nutty Krust Hi-Fibre Plain Bread.
