Lunch:  Kirkland Signature Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Mrs. May's Tropical Trio Bar, Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Boiled Egg, Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds, Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Skinless Chicken Breast, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Greek Yogurt Bite Raspberry with Dark Chocolate Chips, Rye Bread.
