Fat: 63.55g | Prot: 95.26g | Carb: 52.59g.   Breakfast:  Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Lunch:  Mrs. May's Tropical Trio Bar, Kirkland Signature Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Dinner:  Skinless Chicken Breast, Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, Spinach, Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds, Bell Peppers, Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Greek Yogurt Bite Raspberry with Dark Chocolate Chips, Rye Bread.
