Fat: 112.00g | Prot: 94.80g | Carb: 207.77g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, smart balance cooking spray, Egg White , Whipped Cream (Pressurized), Swiss Cheese. Lunch:  Swiss Cheese, Sour Dough Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Potato Chips. Dinner:  Quarter Chicken Leg (with Skin), Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies, Vanilla Ice Creams, 1% Fat Milk.
