Fat: 112.00g | Prot: 94.80g | Carb: 207.77g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg White , smart balance cooking spray, Swiss Cheese, Whipped Cream (Pressurized). Lunch:  Potato Chips, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Sour Dough Bread, Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Quarter Chicken Leg (with Skin). Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Vanilla Ice Creams, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies.
