Lunch:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Avocados, Bacon, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) , Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) . Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Italian Salad Dressing (Fat Free) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, PLUS Penne Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar, Thirst Quencher Lemon-Lime Instant Mix.
