Fat: 74.98g | Prot: 103.40g | Carb: 180.58g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Chips, Deli Sliced Ham, Plain Pancakes. Lunch:  California Avocados, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Croutons, Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Chicken Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned), Plain Pancakes, Plain Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Halvah, Pistachio Nuts, Popsicle, Vodka.
