Fat: 72.19g | Prot: 74.08g | Carb: 168.96g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Greek Style Yoghurt, Mangos , Nuts, Seeds & Cranberry Trail Mix. Lunch:  Avocados, Beef Brisket (Lean Only Eaten), Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Mayonnaise, Rye Bread, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels Cut off Cob, Frozen). Dinner:  Frozen Yoghurt, Tropical, Skimmers Choice, Intense Orange. Snacks/Other:  Carrot Cake with Icing, Champagne, Reduced Fat Cappuccino.
