Lunch:  Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar, Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil and Tomato, Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers). Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Olive Oil, Red Onions, Bell Peppers, Celery. Snacks/Other:  Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Cheesecake low carb II with crust, Dutchmark Smoked Gouda Cheese.
