Lunch:  Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil and Tomato, Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers), Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar. Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Bell Peppers, Celery, Olive Oil, Red Onions. Snacks/Other:  Cheesecake low carb II with crust, Dutchmark Smoked Gouda Cheese, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
