Fat: 68.52g | Prot: 146.63g | Carb: 275.18g.   Breakfast:  Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baked Tostitos Scoops, Refried Beans (Canned), Salami, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner:  Japanese Seaweed Salad (Wakame), Rainbow Roll, Tempura Shrimp with Soy Dipping Sauce, Tuna Nigiri. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream Cone, Power Crunch Peanut Butter Fudge Bar.
