Lunch:  alpenrose fat free milk with vitamin A & D, Creamy Peanut Butter, Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla, Deli Fresh Smoked Shaved Ham. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Onions, Cauliflower, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Classic Yellow Mustard. Snacks/Other:  Roasted Soy Nuts.
