Lunch:  alpenrose fat free milk with vitamin A & D, Creamy Peanut Butter, Deli Fresh Smoked Shaved Ham, Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Beef Steak, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Classic Yellow Mustard, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Roasted Soy Nuts.
