Fat: 54.30g | Prot: 51.76g | Carb: 153.99g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, Kroger Apple & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Ham Sandwich with Spread, Herbal Tea. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey A La King with Vegetables in Cream, White or Soup-Based Sauce, Spaghetti, Zinfandel Wine. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Grapes, Reese's Miniature Peanut Butter Cups.
