Fat: 117.22g | Prot: 88.91g | Carb: 229.95g.   Breakfast:  Whole Wheat Bread, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Mayonnaise. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Italian Salad Dressing, Croutons, Feta Cheese, Egg, Corn Flakes, 2% Fat Milk. Dinner:  White Rice, Beef Steak, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Olive Oil, Oyster Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Candies, Peanut Butter, Sunflower Seed Butter (Without Salt), Shortbread, Beer, Milk Chocolate Candies, Vodka.
