Fat: 117.22g | Prot: 88.91g | Carb: 229.95g.   Breakfast:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Mayonnaise, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Corn Flakes, Croutons, Egg, Feta Cheese, Italian Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Olive Oil, Oyster Sauce, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Milk Chocolate Candies, Milk Chocolate Candies, Peanut Butter, Shortbread, Sunflower Seed Butter (Without Salt), Vodka.
