Fat: 63.71g | Prot: 114.20g | Carb: 216.85g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal Flavor Variety Pack - Maple & Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Spice, Apples & Cinnamon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Land O'Lakes Mini Moos Half & Half Creamers. Lunch:  Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Chicken Liver, Bush's Best Country Style Baked Beans. Dinner:  Tyson Foods Pork Roast with Vegetables, Coleslaw, Chicken or Turkey Salad. Snacks/Other:  Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins, Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Kiwi Fruit, Friendly Farms Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Peach, Strawberries, Vinegar, Honey, Cinnamon.
