Fat: 63.71g | Prot: 114.20g | Carb: 216.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Instant Oatmeal Flavor Variety Pack - Maple & Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Spice, Apples & Cinnamon, Land O'Lakes Mini Moos Half & Half Creamers. Lunch:  Bush's Best Country Style Baked Beans, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Chicken Liver. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, Coleslaw, Tyson Foods Pork Roast with Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Cinnamon, Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins, Friendly Farms Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Peach, Honey, Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries, Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Vinegar.
