Lunch:  Beef Steak, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner:  97% Fat Free Beef Franks, Cheddar Cheese, Mashed Potato. Snacks/Other:  Sour Dough Bread, Swiss Cheese.
