Lunch:  Beef Steak, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner:  Mashed Potato, 97% Fat Free Beef Franks, Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Sour Dough Bread, Swiss Cheese.
