Fat: 28.26g | Prot: 40.23g | Carb: 149.94g.   Breakfast:  Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Potatoes (Flesh Without Skin, with Salt, Boiled), Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Lunch:  Corky's Bar-B-Q Pork Ribs, KFC BBQ Baked Beans, Potato Salad with Egg. Dinner:  Ruth's Pimento Cheese, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Mangos.
