Fat: 42.97g | Prot: 58.89g | Carb: 94.19g.   Breakfast:  Great Value Blueberry Waffles, Lipton Green Tea Naturally Decaffeinated Tea Bags. Lunch:  Subway Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Salad, Subway Fat Free Ranch Dressing. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Country Crock Shedd's Spread Light Vegetable Oil, Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli & Cheese Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses, Almonds.
