Fat: 92.55g | Prot: 149.12g | Carb: 217.24g.   Breakfast:  Activia Breakfast Blend, Cereal, Chocolite Double Chocolate Crunch, Imperial Nuts Raisin & Nut Mix. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Large Hamburger with Condiments and Vegetables, Roasted Potato, Tuna in Water (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Imperial Nuts Raisin & Nut Mix, Mangos.
