Fat: 76.10g | Prot: 91.72g | Carb: 160.13g.   Breakfast:  Post Great Grains Raisin, Dates & Pecans Cereal, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Mackerel, Carrot cake, with egg, fried, White Rice. Dinner:  Butter (Salted), Egg, Egg White, Roasted Duck (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Watermelon.
