Fat: 88.11g | Prot: 81.97g | Carb: 229.02g.   Breakfast:  Pancakes with Chocolate Chips, Fried Egg without Fat, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Blueberries , Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolate Caramel. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Grilled Chicken (1 Tender), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Hush Puppies, German Chocolate Cake with Icing and Filling, Fried Battered Catfish. Snacks/Other:  Vanilla Nonfat No Sugar Added Frozen Yogurt, Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Crackers.
