Dinner:  Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Bell Peppers, Chicken Skin, Olive Oil, Red Onions. Snacks/Other:  Cheesecake low carb II with crust, Endangered Species Chocolate Extreme Dark Chocolate 88%.
