Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Olive Oil, Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Chicken Skin. Snacks/Other:  Cheesecake low carb II with crust, Endangered Species Chocolate Extreme Dark Chocolate 88%.
