Original Butter Spray, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Silk Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Chipolte Mustard, Nova Smoked Salmon. Dinner:  Bananas, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Seasoned Potato Express Rosemary & Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Tilapia (Fish) . Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Granulated Sugar, Winn-Dixie Bran Flakes cereal.
