Fat: 73.24g | Prot: 68.54g | Carb: 232.21g.   Breakfast:  Granny Smith Apples, Whole Grain Oatmeal, Honey, Blueberries. Lunch:  Turkey Gravy, French Fried Onions, 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, Green String Beans, Traditional Mashed Potatoes, Turkey Breast Meat . Dinner:  Sauerkraut (Solid and Liquids, Canned) , White Rice, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat) , Green Cabbage, Traditional Mashed Potatoes, Tomato Soup (Canned, Condensed). Snacks/Other:  Fruit Roll-Ups - Blastin' Berry Hot Colors, 60% Cacao Dark Chocolate Squares, Blue Moon Beer.
