Fat: 98.20g | Prot: 67.96g | Carb: 25.27g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cream Cheese, Egg, Heavy Cream, Lascco Nova Smoked Salmon, Red Onions. Lunch:  Boar's Head Smoked Gouda, Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Olive Oil, Private Selection Balsamic Vinegar. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Butter, Lamb Shoulder. Snacks/Other:  Endangered Species Chocolate Extreme Dark Chocolate 88%, Half & Half, Tea (Brewed).
