Fat: 74.22g | Prot: 193.33g | Carb: 250.94g.   Breakfast:  1% milkfat cottage cheese, ABB Pure Pro Protein Powder Mix - Chocolate, Blueberries, Dunkin' Donuts Coffee with Skim Milk, Quakes Rice Snacks - Cheddar Cheese, Strawberries. Lunch:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Hard Roll, Pepper or Hot Sauce, Pickles, Ranch Salad Dressing, Red Delicious Apples, Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), Turkey Chili. Snacks/Other:  Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Peanut Butter, Quaker Quick Oats, Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Key Lime.
