Fat: 9.34g | Prot: 36.33g | Carb: 63.55g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Essential Everyday puffed rice cereal, Stonyfield Farm Organic Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Strawberries, Twinings Earl Grey Tea. Lunch:  Calidad Corn Tortillas (Tortillas de Maiz), Morningstar Farms Grillers California Turk'y Burger, Newman's Own Black Bean & Corn Salsa (Medium). Dinner:  cilantro soup. Snacks/Other:  Carrots, Clabber Girl Corn Starch, homemade seitan, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Mushrooms, Scallions or Spring Onions.
