Fat: 55.66g | Prot: 56.60g | Carb: 204.31g.   Breakfast:  Baby Carrots, Dannon Danimals Smoothie - Swingin' Strawberry-Banana. Lunch:  Coca-Cola Coke Zero (Can), Green Giant Just For One - Niblets Corn & Butter Sauce, Kellogg's Special K Protein Shake - French Vanilla, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Flavor Blasted - Xtra Cheddar (Valentine's pouch), Welch's Fruit 'n Yogurt Snacks - Strawberry. Dinner:  Garlic Bread, Lasagna with Meat and Sauce Entree (Frozen), Red Bull Red Bull Sugar Free (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Double Crisp Hearts.
