Fat: 112.23g | Prot: 86.61g | Carb: 328.21g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cream (Half & Half) , Honey Grahams, Oatmeal, Raisins. Lunch:  Baked Potato Chips Salted, Hard Pretzels, Kettle Cooked Jalapeno Potato Chips, Loin Pork Roast, Soft White Roll, Sourdough Pretzels. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Scallops, Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Butter Whipped (Salted), Caesar Salad Dressing, Cheese Sauce, Fried Green Tomatoes, India Pale Ale (IPA), Mashed Potato, Mozzarella Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Sour Dough Bread, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Strawberry Cream Pie. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat), Peanut Butter Cookies, Sourdough Pretzels, Ultra Amber Beer, Vanilla Ice Cream.
