Fat: 112.23g | Prot: 86.61g | Carb: 328.21g.   Breakfast:  Honey Grahams, Coffee, Oatmeal, Raisins, Cream (Half & Half) . Lunch:  Baked Potato Chips Salted, Kettle Cooked Jalapeno Potato Chips, Hard Pretzels, Soft White Roll, Loin Pork Roast, Sourdough Pretzels. Dinner:  India Pale Ale (IPA), Sour Dough Bread, Fried Green Tomatoes, Mashed Potato, Baked or Broiled Scallops, Cheese Sauce, Butter Whipped (Salted), Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Caesar Salad Dressing, Mozzarella Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Strawberry Cream Pie. Snacks/Other:  Vanilla Ice Cream, Ultra Amber Beer, Sourdough Pretzels, Peanut Butter Cookies, Milk (Nonfat).
