Fat: 75.92g | Prot: 78.00g | Carb: 139.11g.   Breakfast:  yogurt (Astro), bran buds, whey isolate, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  cheddar cheese, oil and vinegar dressing, cooked chicken, celery, cucumber, kidney beans, Cheese Heads String Cheese, Apples. Dinner:  Turkey Noodle Soup, Dinner Rolls, Celeb Calorie Reduced Margarine, Cheddar Cheese, Mini Eggs. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookies, Coffee or Table Cream (Light).
