Fat: 75.92g | Prot: 78.00g | Carb: 139.11g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, bran buds, whey isolate, yogurt (Astro). Lunch:  Apples, celery, cheddar cheese, Cheese Heads String Cheese, cooked chicken, cucumber, kidney beans, oil and vinegar dressing. Dinner:  Celeb Calorie Reduced Margarine, Cheddar Cheese, Dinner Rolls, Mini Eggs, Turkey Noodle Soup. Snacks/Other:  Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Oatmeal Cookies.
