Dinner:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, Mann's Sunny Shores California Stir Fry, Bell Peppers, Spinach, Cucumber (with Peel), Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Special K2O Protein Water Mix, Greek Yogurt, Pears, Pineapple.
