Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Mann's Sunny Shores California Stir Fry, Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, Shrimp, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt, Pears, Pineapple, Special K2O Protein Water Mix.
