Lunch:  Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Walnuts, Tuna Salad Cups, Super Colossal Spanish Queen Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives, Sweet Relish. Dinner:  Avocados , Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled) , Whole Kernel Corn, Lettuce, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Seasoned Grilled Tilapia, Boiled Egg, Manzanilla Olives, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie) (South Beach Diet), Fruit Bars - Tangerine, SMARTBEAT FF AMER SLI, Shaved Mesquite Turkey Breast.
