Dinner:  Instant White Rice, Kirkland Signature Frozen Shrimp, Green Peppers, Sweet Onions, Baby Carrots, Spinach, Olive Oil, Chicken Stock, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix, Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, Naturally More Peanut Butter.
